Problem with Cyrillic

I have problem to preview Cyrillic in my TEST project.
In font options dialog among Arabic, Greek ....i choose Cyrillic, but no success.
My complete text is converted in?????????????????????????????

How to solve this problem ?

you need to set the language for your windows language bar...in other words...you must install that...look in the control panel.

Yeah, I know the problem. I wish AMS would support more languages.
My projects in Chinese, Thai and so can't go live, because the output is not right.
I received several solutions, but none of them is correct...

Full support of UTF-8 would be nice.... PLEASE!!!!
