Hi, I have just arrived at AMS from a basic autorun program. I am upgrading an autorun CD that contains a training video (.mov). The problem I have is when I try to play the video on the finished AMS CD, I am told I need 'Shockwave 8.5 installed'. It does this on 3 PC's that are all up to date with shockwave. The original autorun CD will play the video OK. My PC has QuickTime Pro installed so cant understand why it does not go straight to QuickTime.
Probably something simple for you all but I am completely lost ?????

use the media player plug-in.

The Media Player Plug-in doesn't play .mov files.
This is not a problem with AMS. First thing I would do is re-install your QuickTime Pro and reassociate the .mov extension.
Other than that, I would recommend reformatting the video to something a bit more standard. Obviously, you're concerned about QT plugins (for this CD distribution) or you wouldn't be here asking the question. QT dependencies will be more trouble than it's worth, IMO.
