Theme: engage

Overview
Trying something a little different here. I have added all screens (see below screens.jpg) to a sf7empty project and arranged all elements on the different screens to fit the "engage" design.

Any feedback would be appreciated to find out if this approach works or not.

Installation Instructions
1. Right click on "engage.zip" > drag and drop to "Themes" folder > choose "Extract Here"
2. Open "engage_template.zip" and select Project > Screens > delete any screens not needed for your project.

side note: I can not get the "Controls Disabled Text" to change color as you can see on the "end.jpg" not sure what I'm missing...just a heads-up.
