Failed to download file from Web (#8, Line 7)

I have an True Update project that has been working fine for months, but now I have some clients who are not able to Download files from HTTP location using the HTTP protocol. They are getting error "Failed to download file from Web (#8, Line 7)" and updation process terminates.Internet browsing works fine. If I enter the same URL (URL that I am using in HTTP download ) for the file in IE, it prompts me to save it without a hitch. I am not able to understant why it is happening. Please tell me any solution for this problem.
