And the speeds of going wireless seems acceptable, for average uses, users.

Very exciting for the world of music. A lot of today's MIDI keyboards/controllers are USB. So this would be great for onstage/studio to reduce the cable runs. If it gets affordable I might grab one, my studio floor looks like a cable factory near the door where everything runs out to the PC in an adjoining room. Including phone, cable, MIDI, USB, etc. I have 15 separate cables going out under the door. :D

Shouldn't you consider these multi threads cables?
One 16 threads cable could answer your needs...
Just a thought.

How could I do that? I have phone, cable, power, USB, SVGA, audio of several types, MIDI, etherlink, etc...
