So far I am very happy with this purchase. I recently had a position for a gentleman that had wireless mice throughout the office and I really enjoyed using such and they charge so fast from a full-drain even!

:yes

What wireless mouse did you buy?

Woohoo!!! I've been using wireless mice for years and I swear by them. Also at them sometimes. I may take a look at one of the MX1000s this spring. I'm not going to buy it or anything, just look. Just kidding!!! I might buy one!!! :D

I'll tell ya, when I look for a mouse I want it to have rubber on as much of the mouse as possible, reason... if I'm eating (ah, usual event) at my computer and my hands get a bit (which I clean but still you get that slight, ever so slight greasy feeling) greasy on the finger tips. I quickly found out that the rubber is a better way to go than plastic.

Something I just noticed is there is no (duh on me) "redeye" light from the bottom of the mouse! That can be a pain at times but can help at night. I'm split on that point. I'll have to keep my Krypton bulb laden flashlight near by at night.

Oh and for the really lazy (ahem, I'm tring not to be, but hey, blame the technology and not me. ;)), or for those that want to speed things up... I just used the Application Switch Selector button (looks like two pieces of paper on the left side of the mouse) and it brought up a dialog (see: attachment) that lets me scroll to the post I want in Firefox, if I have multiple one's open!

Cancun Cool!

*Precisely* why I carry this oversized hanky everywhere I go. They laughed at me, but who is laughing now? hA hehHAH hEH HeE haA Ha.

And finally, you can scroll sideways with this puppy. Just click the mouse wheel left or right. Hey Web object... I'm ready for ya fella!

:D

Scrolling sideways? I'd wear a helmet if I were you, that sounds like a young man's sport. :D

Now I have done a few minutes of Laser-tracking testing.

My results?

Impressive!

I went from my "temporary" el'cheapo desk (black colored wood"like" material), to my arm, leg, to the carpet on my floor (single color, typical height)!

All worked flawlessly! Heck, mouse will be like having a remote for my laptop. Firefly... look out!

:D

Ya, that part of the testing got me worried... as it was a little hairy.

Har...
