So I would like to open my animated gif with a specific tool when i click on (imagevisu it's a freeware) is there a script to do that ?

File.Run, with your imagevisu as the file, and your gif image as the arg.

Does your image program support opening files through a command line arguement?

Taking autoplay out of the equation, how would you accomplish this? Once you have that figured out, then we can decide how best to do it using autoplay.
