Help needed!!

I just finished my first project with APMS4!!!!!
I have 7 pages, each page contains flash objects. When you move within each page, the time that is taken to switch to the next page is noticeable . Is there a way to shorten the time??

Are you running from a CD???? What about making a static image of what your flash file looks like initially and having that on the page. The users will see that first while the flash is loading.
