Prevent Application.Close

is there a way to prevent the user from closing the application during runtime?
(in ams4 there was such an action..)

missed that ... thnx
but the user can close the window using the end task function [Ctrl + Alt + Delete]

i know i saw an example of preventing the end task function, but i cant remember where,,
