Script at Startup? File.Run

Is it possible to perform a File.Run at startup to install a Codec?

Although you may want to do that once from your installation program (like SUF7) if you're using one... otherwise you would be running it every time your app runs.

Of course, you could check for the existence of the codec on the user's system prior to install...
