I'm mixed on it. Everyone in the video looked like they had sore eyes and a lack of sleep. It diminished my view of the Flash team a tiny bit as they sometimes appear not particulary happy to be there. I'm not trying to be critical but that's my gut on it. :yes
I liked the structure of the presentation but it was a bit boring in spots... :yes
I can't imagine having to control that many bugs all at once. I have a hard enough time trying to track the several hundred we have that are outstanding.
BTW, did anyone notice what type of development bug tracking system they use? That looked like Eventum (http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/other/eventum/screenshots.html) to me.

On Leo Laporte's podcast from 2 weeks ago John C. "I Get No Spam!" Dvorak said he has it on good authority from someone at Apple that the newest upgrade to Tiger fixes over 18,000 bugs.

Insightful video, thanks for sharing!
Nothing like peering into the minds of those that create.. and create day-in-day out. I could have gone for another segment with a few key players do some more indepth analyzing even.

I buy that about Tiger - heard the same TWIT podcast, which continue to be very good, BTW. I've stuck with Panther, and I'm so glad I have. I think Tiger's overblown as a system upgrade. Now, more than ever, users can be selective about what they upgrade almost across the spectrum. I'm holding off on Macromedia Studio 8, and completely skipping Adobe CS 2 and Mac OS Tiger. Chances are EXCEPTIONAL that I'll wait a good long while until going with MS Vista when the time eventually (good lord almighty) comes. The one exception, actually, has been the most recent round of upgrades to the Indigo Rose products - I own every single one of those! :D

I've been hearing some pretty ominous stuff about Vista, I hope they don't go too crazy... :o
