After my notebook HD crashed on me, I decided that I needed to start backing up my data on a scheduled basis rather than "when I took the time" cause I hardly ever did :)
Anyhow, I found this little utility program named SyncBackupSE (http://www.2brightsparks.com/syncback/sbse.html) that I'm loving. It's $25 bucks and with that you can load it on up to 5 machines. What's cool about it to me is that it will sync data to and from my network stores from my notebook and workstation. No more wondering whether I have the lates code, all I have to do is sync.
The other cool part is that it has built in support to backup/sync to a FTP server allowing for off-site backups. I've ran it now for only a couple weeks, but so far, I'm lovin' it.
There is also a freeware version that doesn't have all the bells and whistles too.
