Is there any way to get the actions on an object to wait on a program not executed by the menu
I have a program that works in to parts the 2nd part being executed by the first
I need the actions to wait on both before continuing

Sure, just run the executable with the File.Execute action and make sure that the Wait for program to finish running before continuing is turned on.
