This would make a good new feature, a simple way to re-order pages, you should suggest it in the suggest new feature forum Bruce...

ALT + ] and ALT + [ should be shortcuts to traverse the pages and CTRL + ] and CTRL + [ should be shortcuts to re-order current page up or down...

The fastest and easiest way to re-order pages is to go to the Project bar and drag and drop the pages on the Pages tab.
