How do i setup a serial numnber authentication before the program is allow to install

I am able to generate a list of serial numbers. however i am unable to put this to use. Deeply appreciate if you can assist me on how to accomplish this task as we're about to roll out this application tomorrow.

Simply add the screen "Verify Serial Number" to the list of screens that are shown before installing.
