Why does my my hardware ID keep changing?

I keep having to reactivate AMS 5 Pro everytime I shut my computer down, and reopen the software. Any ideas?

couple suggestions:

1. make sure you have installed the latest update to the software

2. If does not fix it, may be best to open a "support ticket".. provide your serial number if you do.

I had the same problem. IR had no fix at that time. Good luck.
