I really love the new Tree Object, among other things. Great job IR, thank you for listening to your users dreams :yes

Here is an image file that may be used to test out the Image List on the Tree Object. I’ve also included a key, so you can quickly determine the index of the image.

I was only able to get bmp files to work. I could not get gif, or png images (at least with transparent backgrounds) to work. If the image file must indeed be a bmp file, then it would be good to limit the types of files that can be opened when you click to Browse for an Image List in the Properties window for the Tree Object.

I just found what I consider to be a feature. I can take my Image List (ImageList.BMP) file and rename it ImageList.DAT and it will still work in the Tree Object. I have to type in the path by hand, because the image list browse button limits viewable files to image type files (bmp, jpg, png, etc.), but if I point it to the newly named dat file, it will work.

Hi Guys,

Just to confirm your findings, the image list only supports Bitmap images.
