SQLlite plugin download

Where can I download the trial SQLlite plugin? I need to build a personal phone book with searchability....

I downloaded the SQLlite demo at indigorose.com but that is a compiled demonstration...

My project is so simple, I think. There are only about 1000 records and I know that I can use CSV file and read the content into table (TextFile.ReadToTable). Unfotunatedly, I cannot know how to start (yeah I'm new to AMS ).

Could you make me a sample project with:
- a delimited text file
- a text box and a button for input search item
- Showing results
