Big problem

I just updated AMS on line and now none of my action templates past "Drive" will open. Message is "Failed to Initialize Action Templates"...any suggestions other than dispair and agony.

I had that same thing happen! I started a ticket but no reply.

Sounds like you have a corrupted XML file in the \Program Files\AutoPlay Media Studio 5.0 Professional\Data\Actions folder.

My guess is that it's the _at_File.xml since it's the next one in line. You're best bet is to open a ticket at support.indigorose.com, I'm sure they'll send you the latest versions of the XML files.

In the mean time, you could make a copy of the Program Files\AutoPlay Media Studio 5.0 Professional\Data\Actions folder as a backup, then if you have AMS installed on a second box, copy that folder to the existing install.
