Different Menus depending on OS and Language.How ?

Hi People,

i am new in using AutoPlay Media Studio and asking myself the following question.

I want to create a Menu that is different depending on which Operationg System or Language is used. Is there a easy way to do it with Media Studio ?

Can someone please help ?

Nope, the evaluation version should let you try that out just fine.

You'll want to set up IF blocks (with a "Control Structure - IF" action) to test the contents of some built-in variables, like %IsWinXP%, %IsWin98%, and %SysLanguage%.

In the IF blocks, set the value of a variable (like %StartPage%) to whatever page you want your menu to start with. (Set up different pages for each case you want to handle...)

thanks for your quick Reply. The Setup has to detect the Operating System and Language before itself shows up, so where do i have to include the IF Statements ? In the Page Properties or in the Project Properties ? Somewhere else ?

already got it working /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif Another question is where to get additional language Files, e.g German Language File ? Is there any website or is this only available in registered version ? We are going to buy it.....if the menu gets fine /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif
