Open HTML full screen - how to?

I need to open a pop up window full screen. The files are on my own machine. Can I put any java script working together to do that?

What kind of pop-up is it?
What will it display?

Will display a couple of web pages, with links and pictures, but only located im my owm PC, not internet. And it wont have borders, scrool bars, just full screen. I did it with java script already, a link opens my page in a popup full screen and I can navigate ok.

Yep, it's possible. You can just do it the same way...using javascript inside HTML, that you either load with a "File - Open" action or call as a popup from a web page you display a Web Browser Object, or whatever.
