    Blue Screens

Has anyone else had excessive blue screens running Autoplay 4 on a W2k platform? At first I though it was just when I worked with videos but I have seen it now on program start-up and on new projects with no videos in them. It happens enough where I can't use the product anymore.

I'm running Windows 2000 Professional. I know it may sound unlikely, but I have actually never seen a blue screen while working in AMS or running any AMS projects.

I can't even run the wizard for creating a multi-media training program with out it crashing. Version 3 worked just fine.

Wow! That sounds like something's wrong with your installation - have you tried re-installing?

We're going to be releasing a maintenance update for AMS4 next week. While we haven't really been hearing any reports of blue screens, let us know if that solves these issues for you.
