Mobile Device file copy

I would like AMS to copy files into the ActiveSync folder... or directly into the users mobile device. The mobile device shows up in My Computer, but not as a drive letter and the ActiveSync folder is an uncontrolled variable.

Does anyone have any experience or suggestions on this?
