Please Help To A New Bie!

Hi,
I just started to create my first project but I stucked while trying to make a page jump. I read all the help file and I'm pretty sure I did everthing as it should be. But when I try to jump to next page from Home, I end up with nothing ( if I use %Page_Next%). If I use the name of the second page, it gives "page not found" error. So, what I'm doing wrong? Please help!
