    Project feedback

Hey all, I am in the inital planning stages for a little helper app for myself and I am looking for some input from some of the more experienced guys out there.

In a nutshell, I want an app that will run in the background and watch a directory (and it's sub dirs) for new .html files. If it finds a file it will HTTP Submit it to a .php script on one of my web servers for upload.

Each time I create a new .html file this app would upload it to the server.

    Kind of an auto-backup thing.

    Suggestions and/or comments wanted!

I have the FTP Plugin (I.R. sells such --> http://www.autoplay.org/plugin/ftp.php ), so I would more than likely take the FTP approach for backup. Unless standard FTP was to lax of security for my project, activtie's needs at the time. Or say, there is a Firewall restriction going on.

You can more easily check .htm/.html files for changes before overwriting them, etc. etc.
