Convert exe to AM5 file

Does anyone know if its possible to convert an autoplay.exe file to a AM5 file? or at least get the pages of it?

The reason I ask is I loast al my work the other day becuase of a harddrive failure, but I created the completion disk with the autorun.exe. Now I want to change some things, but I do not want to start from scratch, you know? At least be able to get the pages, the scripts I can redo. I have the images form the disk.
