View Full Version : Patch 2.0.1.0. fails ...any log ?

Hello,
I'm using currently the 2.0.0.0 version and TU2 tries to update to v2.0.1.0

But a screen says me "TrueUpdate 2.0 cannot be patched because a previous version could not be located on your system".

Any log file, i could read to unterstand what happens ?

Try uninstalling and then re-installing v2.0.0.0. Then try the patch again. If you still can't get it going, open a sales support ticket at http://support.indigorose.com and let them know that you would like download instructions for the full 2.0.1.0 install. Be sure to include all of your contact information and serial number.

After deinstall and clean up of the registry, it has worked without any problem.

Seems that i haven't deinstall correctly the Demo version.
