Compressed exe - How do I?

I need to add files to the Docs folder of a built compressed executable project file from within another project application - how do I do this?

Eg. From within the runtime of my application I wish to copy a text file from the users C://My Documents folder to the Docs folder of another compressed executable project file..

There is no way to do that that I can think of.
