Drive Locker Code - dll call 'conversion

Hey Guru's ..any way this code could be 'modified to a workable
dll call in AMS-SUF7..

looking at it ..seems to have possibilities..calls the Os kernal etc

Its out of my 'forte

Any help- hints would be great..CDrive-locker
