Hello,

I'm just starting to use Setup Factory 7.0 (having lots of fun messing around with themes!) but I am ashamed to say I cannot find the "Command Reference" that I see referred to in various posts :huh
In the Help menu I see a link to the User's Guide but...
Sorry to ask such a trivial question - now here's another one!
Following your advice not to sprinkle users' desktops with unwanted icons, how do I ask a user if she wants a shortcut on her desktop, install it if she says OK and remove it come uninstall time - I have done this with SF6 before but wonder if there's a simple answer. (I tried importing that project into SF7, although no errors were reported, the screen & actions had disappeared).

Thanks,
Tim

The Command Reference is the help file found on the Help menu or by pressing F1 in the software. You can also access a webhelp version of it by clicking here (http://www.indigorose.com/webhelp/suf70/index.htm).

Thank you,

I was getting confused by what looked like a specific reference to a separate thing (like the User's Guide) in:

"Start with the Help Menu!
You'll find links to tons of information there.....

User's Guide
The Setup Factory 7.0 User's Guide is the place to go for a complete walkthrough of the software....

Command Reference
This is where to go for all the in-depth details on Setup Factory 7.0...."

Sorry!
:rolleyes
