Inserting a gif

I have been trying to insert a gif as an image but it doesnt happen. Is it possible to use gif's

GIFs are supported as of the latest version of AMS. If you're not on the latest rev, be sure to update. If you are, then I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to add a GIF. Animated GIF is not yet supported, I believe you'll probably only see the first or last frame.
