SQLite plugin problem

I have loaded the SQLite plugin and everything went fine. But I go to find it under the Project/Plugins menu the only one that appears is the Clipboard plugin, I can see the folder and the files for SQLite plugin (locate under same place Clipboard plugin is). Also when a run a preview of anything using the SQLite plugin I get an error containing the text 'SQLite' (a nil value). Can some one please help!

What version of the plugin do you have. I remember there was a problem with one of the updates of the plugins where it did not appear to install correctly.
