Proxy and Firewall

Hi all;
I would like to control the user proxy settings validation in my setup. I get the proxy address, port, username and pwd from user. Then make http download for controlling proxy settings, using user proxies.
When trying to download, I got error messages

**#50 - server returns an error message , and get
**HTTP 407 Proxy Authentication Required - The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service is denied.

I would like to ask if is there a firewall deny the http download? Or something else?

Setup Factory 7.0 will let you do this, as it uses the Internet Explorer connection settings to do HTTP actions. So, assuming you can access the Internet using IE, it should work fine for your installer.
