Media center application
Hi all,
First up.
One on my customers just upgraded their burner to a dvd burner and cyberlink power dvd came with it. When you inserted the install disk up popped an autoplay media studio app... I don't think who ever wrote it either knew much about apms 'cause the window was still called "My Project" and it was really basic.
I got to wondering if anyone else had found an apms app. somewhere unusual or unexpected.
Secondly.
I've had one of those little shuttle mini pc's running as my cash register for a while and thought about turning it into a media center pc for the lounge room at home.
How easy would it be to write an interface to recieve a signal from a remote control.
The playing of the video, music, mame etc is fairly straight forward but I've never had anything to do with infrared and pc's.
Any suggestions??
