Is there a way to make the Paragraph Scroll bar match the Listbox scroll bar?

I want to use the light blue color scroll bar that is in my listbox, when the user clicks on another tab and there is a Pragraph the scroll bar is different. I would like to have these uniform for design reasons.

Any ideas?

While you can choose or devise the scrollbar skin for a paragraph object (check the SDK module), you cannot do it for the listbox. There, you are stuck with your windows settings.

But it is very bulky...
